EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Rayzee Signatures Hairs, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please see our guideline below for details.
Returns are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products; All ineligible products will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
WHAT IS INELIGIBLE PRODUCT?
- The frontal lace was cut or damaged.
- The item was damaged and the original status was changed (washed ,worn, heated etc.)
- Custom and clearance items
- Accessories and Gift Gallery items
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- You’d better contact our customer service first.
- Please print write your order number and return reasons and send it back with the return package.
- Rayzee Signature Hairs is proud to offer the most accurate color representation for our product, it must be noted that on screen representations do not necessarily precisely represent actual colors due to variable monitor calibrations.
- We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise or any lost and damaged packages during the return transit.
- Exchanges are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products.
- Special offers/coupons or gift certificate received for original order are non-transferable to the new exchange order.
- Before Shipping, a 15% re-production fee will be charged for any changes on orders placed over 24 hours.
- We allow one time free exchange and total three times exchange for each order.
- The second-time exchange will charge for a shipping fee plus a 15% restocking free;
- The third-time exchange will charge for the shipping fee plus a 30% restocking fee.
- If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount.
- If the exchange item(s) costs less, the difference will be applied as store credits towards your next purchase.
- Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours.
Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee.
- Go to rayzeesignaturehairsng.com and log in your account.
- Find “Order history” and click on the order for return. Scroll down and click the tag online request.
- Once the return status becomes “waiting for package“, please send the return within 2 days.
Please note that refund MUST be applied within 3days of the date you receive the package, please confirm whether the application is expired.
